New Glider with Stucco Pop-out

The existing window was poorly and improperly installed (as you can see in the before photo). To fix it, we broke out the stucco, flashed, weatherproofed, installed the new gliding window, and did the stucco repair. Having to do it all on top of a pergola was challenging, but it turned out great!
